Well, we could be your answer, Speedwell and Willows present to you a three in one meditative experience which involves a Cacao ceremony, followed by a Harmonious dance session and then a Sound event to relax and rejuvenate.

The Cacao Ceremony is a simple ritual, is suitable for people of all walks of life. Cacao is a bean which grows on trees native to Central and South Americas. It’s said to be a “superfood” as a portion contains more antioxidants than blueberries.

For ceremony, the Cacao is served warm and tastes of chocolate. When the drink is prepared, it is prepared with intention and love. From beginning to end, it’s treated with great reverence, which adds an energetic component as well.

Working in groups with Cacao allows for participants to enjoy a shared experience of elevated mood, increased vitality, enhanced intuition and empathy, and a more open and present heart.

During the ceremony you will be guided in meditation to open your heart and step into your authentic self. We will sing Mantras before being invited to dance to the tunes crafted by DJ Willow.

Harmonious Dance

Here we now embrace our true self and dance or just sit and move intuitively. Do as little or as much as your body needs. In dance, as in other art forms that excite the senses, harmony is the balance and relationship between contrasts: Harmony is the result of different things working together to produce a thing of beauty. Sarah Maitland Price aka Willow provides specially crafted tunes for you to embody and surrender your body to move intuitively to release stuck physical and emotional energy in the body.

Sound session

The dancing is followed by a specially crafted Sound event, this could be a Sound Bath,a Gong Bath or drum journey.

Now it is time to set your space and lie down to a 50 minute Sound Bath. Sound baths are a type of inactive meditation, where you “bathe” in the healing vibrations of sound. Using sound as a form of healing dates back to ancient cultures. Sound baths are highly rejuvenating for the body and bring about an overall sense of relaxation, which can reduce stress as well as help develop a better ability to cope with stress, help move emotional blockages from trauma, reduce pain, and even stimulate altered states of consciousness.

Prices

Our own public events again depend on room hire and expenses etc but usually start at £20 per head.

Sarah and I coming to you? - Then you provide the venue, refreshments for your guests, we provide the Cacao ceremony (Cacao costed for 20 people thereafter it is £3.50 per person), decorations for room, Sound equipment and Sound bath equipment and two person facilitation. We are willing to travel within reason and travel over 25 miles incurs an additional charge, any overnight costs will also be added should that be required.

Costs for set up (1 hour), 3 hour event facilitated by two certified and insured facilitators, and take down (1 hour) starts at £500.

Events of this kind are held monthly (see Upcoming events for the next event). We often get asked to attend retreats , hen nights, and birthday parties, well being days. All you have to do is provide the venue and leave the rest to us.
