All sessions are described in detail on the following pages and can be experienced with either relaxation or reflection processes.

Relaxation processes

Relaxation sessions are purely designed for you to to come and lie down, whilst the instruments played help you relax to a deep state of consciousness, where healing on a cellular level occurs leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Reflection processes

The aim of the sessions with a reflective process is similar to the relaxation session with the addition of reflective exercises to create awareness of how our thoughts impact mind, body and emotions, merging therapy and sound together.
