Sound can offer us a powerful way to explore our resistances and transform them, So that we may find release and return to a feeling of flow in our lives.
Narrative soundscapes are an interactive form of group sound therapy where each participant contributes to a co-created soundscape.
You will be guided in choosing an instrument to reflect the personal situation or resistance you want to explore, such as a limiting belief or a stressful situation. By expressing ourselves through sound, we can go beyond words to change the relationship we have to our story.
A narrative soundscape can help people to re-frame life-limiting beliefs, phobia’s, fears and trauma and develop life affirming strategies for the future.
What I provide.
I provide all equipment required for the session including gongs, crystal bowls, percussion and drums.
Decorations for the room, create the ambience with incense and background music.

What is a Narrative Soundscape?
What you provide.
The venue, the advertising, the guests and any refreshments you wish to provide. Optional - mats for your guests should they wish to go on the floor for any reason.
You must ensure the Guests view the Contraindication sheet.
What your Guests may need to provide.
Unless you are providing the mats and blankets then your guests may need to bring their own mats, and an eagerness to want to learn about what may be holding them back.
Contraindications
If you are pregnant (1st Trimester), epileptic, had a recent operation, metal plates in the body, suffered a stroke, have a serious mental health diagnosis, or have any medical complaint that you may feel I need to consider please let me know so I can assess your needs or suitability for a soundbath or if in doubt seek advice from your GP before booking
Fee.
This depends on the amount of people in the Group, travel, hire of room, any overnight costs and start at £150.00 per 1.45 hour session.
