Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are applicable to all Willows Holistic Therapies retreats and those managed by any third party retreat company or persons.
Cancellation Policy
Clients wanting therapies at a Retreat or a Holistic Wellbeing Day will be required to book slots or make enquiries directly with Sarah Maitland-Price by email:

All clients seeking treatments must complete an online consultation form before any treatment is given.
Clients will be required to pay a 50% deposit by bank transfer to secure any appointment with Sarah Maitland-Price of The Willows Holistic Therapies.
24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment with Sarah Maitland-Price of The Willows Holistic Therapies
No refunds will be given within 24 hours.
Treatments
Treatment descriptions and the treatment menu including prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Treatments will also vary dependant on the therapists style of working and training. The therapist may suggest an alternative treatment if they do not feel it is not appropriate at that time.
Therapists
The Willows Holistic Therapies has the right to seek assistance from another fully trained and insured practitioner to assist with treatments if they feel deemed to do so, this will be discussed with the organiser.
