Sit/ Lie back, relax and enjoy a grounding meditation, an immersion of specially crafted therapeutic sound.

The Heart Chakra is the 4th of 7 energetic centers in our body and is located in the center of your chest. This Chakra drives our emotions and opens us up to the love and compassion in our lives. It is also believed by some that the Heart Chakra is associated with our Thymus Gland, lungs and circulation. When out of balance we may be unable to be authentic in our emotions, judgmental, or have an inability to be true in our emotional connections with others. This is your chance to rebalance your Heart Chakra and connect yourself with the beautiful love that rest in your heart.

We start the session with an energy clearing excercise,/or grounding meditation /or chanting before settling down to the Soundbath.

We finish the session with a variety of chimes and rattles to bring you back to the present moment.

Herbal teas and biscuits are then served giving us an opportunity to chat and connect.
